我刚收到通知，我的I751 通过了。
“your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved ..... You must obtain a new alien registration receipt card (form I-551)"

我有几个问题：
I-551 是什么？是永久绿卡吗？
去移民局的时候，要带些什么文件？
去移民局的时候，可以当面要求在passport上盖章吗？ (passport endorsement)
