I am in Canada for almost 2 month now, I was H1b in US before come to Canada. now my employer wants me to go back to work for them again.

and the company's lawyer asks me to get a H1b stamp, and also my company send me a letter says I am taking an unpaid leave for two month for my own convinence.

Will I be able to get the H1b visa stamp in Canada ?
