EB2 LC PD 2006/03,. Since I can't file I-485 concurrently with I-140. What's the benefit of filling I-140 right now?
Personally I prefer to wait unitl the visa bulliten date is 2006/01, at that time, file I-140, then several months later, file I-485. The company maybe be merged with another company, if it really happens, deso that mean everything has to do it again?
