My status: Still using OPT for work, I140 approved, I485 Pending, Advance Parole Approved

I plan to go back to China May 20 and back to America June 20. My question:

I'm applying for H1B, but cannot get it before May 20. If I'm in China and H1B is approved in America, is that H1B valid? Can guys in America mail that H1B (the approved I94) to me? I plan to use advance parole to come back to America and hold the H1B status.
