我的CASE：EB1, I-140/485 applied on 9/28/2005, I-140 approved 10/28/2005, Finger Print 2/11/2006

这个welcome notice是个什么东东？我的一个朋友今天也收到同样的信，他是2004年4月递的申请，也是EB1。
