I have some concerns about NIW application. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

(1) I have a Ph.D in Agronomy and finished course work in MS statistics(no degree yet). I am doing research on education data analysis and research at university. Do you think I am eligible for NIW by your experiences.

(2) Does the job I am doing must be in my Ph.D research field ? or I must get my MS in statistics? because I am working on education data research. in another work , my job duty must be in my highst degree field?
