Uni. A filed my H1 transfer and received receipt. now I got a better offer from Uni.B, Uni.B will file my H1 transfer. According to your advice, I will ask Uni.A to withdraw their application. do you think they will withdraw the application? if they don't withdraw, it will affect Uni. B's application? what can I do?
