I am trying to change my status from H4 to F1. I have the following questions.
1) I have got many I-94 cards, I-129 and I-539 since I entered U.S. are all of them are required to be submitted to USCIS or only the last one is enough?
2) in my I-20 form. I found the 3rd page is left as blank. but I must work on mu supervisor's projects. I know F1 Student can work on campus and the 3rd page is about the employment. could I work on campus if the 3rd page is blank?
3)I checked website. I found some university charge 100 USD for SEIVIS I-20. what does this 100USD for? Is it charged by school or by USCIS?
