我去年8月递的I140NIW和I485，今年3月NIW批了，485等待排期。LP今年6月初来美，H4，请问怎样递交她的I485？我是CSC的，现在不知道转到哪里了。谢谢！

只要结婚是在拿到绿卡之前，就不用等五年，可以用I-824，一年到一年
