Hi anybody know whether there is any advanced degree H1B visa quota left for FY2007? How many? And is there EAD premium processing for EB-based 485? My situation is advanced Degree without job because no H1B was available when I found job and PD not current for filing EB2 485. However PD hopefully will be current next month (8/15/05) and I can possibly secure another job pretty soon. I wonder if there is a chance for me to work this time before Oct.1st.
