3/30 递交F-1转F-2的深情。没有收到receipt,但是支票已被兑现，顾查到case#。
4/30 递交H-1的深情 based on F-2pending status, 已经收到H-1德receipt.
5/15 OPT到期，F-1也到期。
至今， 没有收到F-2的approve. 问， 如果F-1转F-2失败，会是什么后果？
