My 140 was received by USCIS NSC on 5/23. I check this by my EMS tracking record. My check was cashed a couple days later. From the back of the check, I got my receipt number and confirmed my 140 had been received. However, I have not got my receipt yet. That is exactly one month. Is that normal? Should I call them and at what number? If the receipt was lost (hopeful not this situation), would they send me another one? I start worry about it.
I need change address too. I just filled AR-11. I have two quick questions:
(1) port of entry. Last time I entered US was at Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. shoudl I use this name as the port of entry?
(2)the expiration date of my stay. I am on H-1B visa. Should I use the expiration date of my H-1B here?
