Xiaobaitu, I sent the follow message few weeks ago, please review again. the fact is, Uni. A sent a letter on May 31 to CRIS to withdraw the petition (and they sent a copy of the letter to me too) and I also wrote a letter and attached the letter from Uni. A to USCIS to cancel the process, I checked out CRIS received my letter on June 13. But today , I received a email from CRIS that they have approved my H1 transfer (June 27), Obveriously, CRIS ignored all the letters. Now Uni. B starts to process my H1 transfer. my current H1 will expire on December, 2006. do you think there is any trouble on my H1 transfer from Uni.B?
Thanks.

Uni. A filed my H1b transfer on May 15, then I got a much better offer from Uni.B, so I quitted the position of Uni.A and asked them to withdraw my petition, Uni.A sent USCIS a letter to withdraw the petition on May 30, still no LUD on this case so far. now Uni. B is preparing my transfer. my question is: if the petition from A is approved before withdraw (start date, July 24), what will happen to me?
My current H1 will expire Dec. 2006. I140 approved, I485 in pending, didn't apply EAD, PD Aug. 30, 2004.
