When do I need to do the Medi Exam? before file 485 ? DO-PERM2006-06-28 16:38:41

Can anyone tell me when file i-485, do I need to do the Medi Exam first or should wait for INS to inform me to do it ?

if I don't do the Medi Exam when filing 485, then do I need to attach the form I-693 (Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status) when filing 485 ?
