The petitioner submitted evidence demonstratiing the beneficiary is a member of the American Sciety for XXXXXX and the American Sciety for XXXXXX, however, membership in these scitific association does not require outstanding achievements of their members, but merely a Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline, and a memberhsip processing fee. The evidence noted above does nor satisfy this criterion. Submit evidence of the requirements to gain membership in the two associations noted above.

The petitioner submittedd several recommendation letters from scientists in the research community attesting that the beneficiary can be considered one of the outstanding young resear scientist in his field. The academic recommendation letters are advisory in nature and are not binding on USCIS. The letters should be corroborated with official documentation. Simply going on record, wthout supporting documentary evidence, is not sufficient for purpose of meeting the burden of proof. Matter of Treasure Craft of California, 14, I&N Dec.(Reg. Comm. 1972). Submit official documentation corroborating the scientist's acclaims.

The petitioner submitted evidence demonstrating the beneficiary's research wsa displayed at DDDDDDD Meeting. This evidence satisfies criterion number seven
• Evidence that the alien has performed in a leading or critical role for organizations or establishments that have distinguished reputation
No evidence was submitted in relation to criterion number eight. To satisfy this critirion, the petitioner must submit letters of support from human resources or personnel officials, department heads, etc. articulating that the beneficiary performed or is performing in a leading or critical role for their organization or establishment. In addition, these employers or institutions must demonstrate their organizations or establishments have a distinguished reputation.
• Evidence that the alien has acommanded a high salary or other significantly high remuneration for services, in relation to others in the field;
