Hi, I just read they required that all the new I485 should be filed with Nebraska SC. I submitted mine 485 (NIW) in 2005 and then I got married, now I need to submitted my wife's. I was pretty sure before I should file it with TSC, since my I140 was approved there. Now, I'm pretty confused that if I should submit my wife's to NSC or not? Does her case considered as new case and under employment category? Thanks.
