自己找了个老美律师准备申请EB2,昨天他发过来一份类似合同书之类的东西,需要我签字后给他寄回去. 他给我报价是$6500(从申请LC开始到此为I-485,包括配偶的文件),我以为这笔费用应该是个总价,没想到他还列了其他几项费用,大家帮忙给看看, 是不是合理?
1.filing fee for I-140: $195
2.filing fee for I-485: $745
3.Responding to any request for evidence on your behalf or audit of your labor ceritfication will be billed as a separate matter on an hourly basis. ($210/per hour now)
4.legal fee such as: telephone or facsimile charges withing U.S. regular copying jobs, postal mailing charge and overnight mail or messenger fee.
