Both 140 NIW (PD May 04) and EB1 (PD Oct05) got approved. all 485s for whole family seem still stuck in name check.
Seeing EB1-based 485 got approved from VSC increasingly, do you think it is necessary for me to relink my 485 to EB1? After relinking, do you think USCIS will inform FBI to speed up my name check? Thanks in advance!!
