Got email from USCIS. My PD is Oct. 2004 (both 140 & 485), so they have checked 20 months.

My lawyer said maybe USCIS considers my job a highly secure one (not true), and this check takes 3 months or so. But I believe I got stuck in the name checking. My lawyer will write a letter to USCIS, but I don't expect much.
