I think releasing visa bulletin time also been retrogressed. Looks like there is a huge backlog in releasing the August bulletin.
Now USCIS started delaying releasing the bulletin. I dont know what else they would delay in the future. What a pathetic situation we are in. Whole GC shit sucks man.：
maybe they should start releasing these bulletins for random countries at random months at random intervals. It will mirror the GC and labor process and bring some more spark in our collective bps.
I smiled after reading a post that Big brother (USCIS) is watching over us and trying to avoid all our predictions. That's funny because I thought they don't care about us. Maybe, they do.
