1) Historically, August 2004 VB document date was as late as 13th, possibably because of July 4th vacation, let's assume August 2006 VB was documented on July 13th also;
2) On July 14th, i.e. today, the DOS typer was working on the input, that may explain why they corrected the typo of "BULLETING" on July VB to "BULLETIN", because they need July VB as the template of August VB and thus found the typo one month ago;
3) Normally, DOS needs another business day to release the VB on website, i.e. next Monday, so let's see the final result next Monday.
I believe there should have big jump for both chinese eb2/3, 'cause there are so many quote left for 2006 so far.
