I asked for help from congressman to inquire about our 485 status.
Following is the response they got from USCIS.
"The cases are pending at this time. Currently going through the name/date of birth security clearance process---recheck in approximately 90 days"
What does this mean by recheck? My PD became current on June 1, 06 and got LUD change at the day. I thought the name check had cleared. So why do they recheck again? Who can answer? Thanks in advance.
