when does AOS start? - please help gc6662006-07-28 20:39:09

I am H-4 holder and ted 140/485 together based on my hu*****and's LC, but I did not apply EAD and AP. I plan to apply EAD now.
My question is: when does AOS begin?
1. 485, or
2. received EAD approve, or
3. use EAD to apply SSN, or
4. use EAD to start work?
