Is AP photo three quarter or full frontal? spagetti2006-07-30 03:56:32

AccordAccording to the instruction on I131, the photos should be three quarter. But EAD photos should be full frontal. Is this correct? Or both should be full frontal?

Also, I had my photos taken at Kinko's, is that ok?
