请教: 已经使用AP, 若485申请被拒, 可否转回H-1? 小弟弟2006-07-31 15:07:12

485刚刚递上,已经收到AP. 近期由于家里有事,急欲回国,打算用AP回美. 听说一旦使用AP, 身份就成了AOS. 想请教高手, 如果485申请最终被拒,可否转回H-1B继续在美国工作?
