ask youself this, assume you just graduated with a MS, if you get a job offer in EB3 category , do you take it or not? do you want to apply GC through EB3. I don't know what's the answer from other contury, but for chinese folks, the answer for the first question is " maybe" , but the second answer is definetly " NO WAY", correct me if i am wrong,
why?, first, most chinese students or H1s are well- qualified for EB2 LC/NIW, second, they are smart, know how to survive, and they fight even sometime in a weird way, so they would chase for the shortcut, means try hard to make EB3 eligible for EB2, if EB2 is retrogress, they will then try EB1, the trend is clear know, move from 3 to 1, so the pressure for EB3 will be released,
that's why the china VB move at the same speed as other contry, don't worry, EB3, YOU WILL HAVE A PROMISING,
