My friend imm. to Canada last year after he was out of status for 3 year. 3 days ago, he got visa to U.S. in Canada. He wonders how come Imm. didn't refuse his visa after 3 years of out of status in the states. Will he get problem when they screen him, and refuse him come to the states. Thank you very much.
