The instruction of Form I-131 (Reentry Permit) says clearly about many things,
http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-131.pdf
But there is one line
"3. A reentry permit may not be extended."
I thought you can only apply for it once. But according to xiaobaibu, it doesn't seem to be the case. Please clarify.
Also, if I have the Reentry Permit but still stay in the US most of the time, can I keep applying for the Reentry Permit (more than twice) just in case of family emergency?
Thanks a lot.
