Ask again: my wife H4 visa apply in SH NIWtired2006-09-06 19:05:23

Hi, my wife wanna go back to China next month and she is H4. I am H1b, I140 approved, I485 pending, used AP once, EAD available. Since my PD is Aug, 2005, so my wife can not apply AP. How much is her H4 visa application risk in SH?

I applied I485 myself, we married (this April) after my I485 petition (last Aug). She came to America this May, so she is H4 and can't apply her I485 and AP now.
BTW, my status returned back to H1 since my H1b extension after using AP.
