I received 45 day letter 7/7/2006 and yesterday i sent email ask my external attorney and she told me the status is "certified". However, she said she hasn't received anything from Department of Labor. Does it mean my labor has been approved? Shall i start to prepare 140? Will appreciate your guidance.
