Hi,

My wife returned back to US by Advanced Parole(AP). and she got a new I-94 card.

On I-94, it has two dates. One is the date (4/23/2006) she entered US and another one is the same date but 1 year later (4/23/2007).

What's this means? Does she need to leave US in one year? we are I-485 pending.

回all paroled I-94 is one year valid period,she doesn't
