I am filing I-130 for my parents. From the form, it says to file to USCIS California Center P.O.Box 10130 Lagnuna Niguel, CA 92607. But in wenxuecity BBS, lots people said shall be filed to Chicago. Can somebody confirmed for me? Many thanks.
