I haven't gone back to China for nearly six years. My I-140 has been approved. I am planning to apply AP and go back to China next year. My current status is H1B. Is my current H1B still valid if I work for the same employer after using AP? Do I need to send another H1B petition to switch my status from pending I-485 to H1B? Thank you very much!
