I have a possible offer of a postdoc position at Jackson Labs. Does anyone know if the H-1B visa by Jackson lab is regarded academic ones, which are not subject to quota or the opposite, i.e. industrial ones that are subject to quota.
This is the major factor that influence whether I will accept this offer.
