Xiaobaitu, if the USCIS didn't reply my inquire for my outside of the processing time case, what shall I do? My lawyer filed one letter inquire, one phone inquire, but none of them get replied for over 40 days.
I don't even know if my case is stuck in NC or not, if yes, what shall I do? My PD became current on October and my finger print and physical already expired.
