张哲瑞律师最近的帖子说，H1B holder using AP and backing to the same employer becomes "parolee" status although he or she can switch back to H1B status by applying H1B extension.
My question is if this is the case, dose it mean H1B holder has to apply EAD when he becomes "parolee" status after using AP and before applying H1B extension?
