H1B transfer: where to file I 129 expectmom2006-11-14 21:28:56

Hi,
I'd like to transfer my H1B, the lawyer told me to file to California service center, but the intruction on the I129 didn't mention it. It seems all H1b cases need to file with Vermont service center. I wonder if anyone knows where I need to file? Thank you very much.
