Hello, Just have a question about the Quota:
It's said that H1-B Quota will run out this March.
I get hired by my College as a technology coordinator this Feburary after I got my M.A. I am now in my OPT (till October). My boss has promised me to apply the H1B for me this March.
I learned that my job is not limited by the Quota because it's a job in the Higher Institution. But, do I have to pay attention to any Time issue?
Say if the Quota is used up at early March, but my boss will begin to apply H1B for me at the end of March? Will that be a problem?
