I am F1. Our I-485 is pending. I didn't apply for EAD. I have several questions. My F1 will expire in the end of Jan. 2007.

1。 必须先申请H4然后再申请EAD吗？

2。 如果EAD 拿到，F1 转H4还没有批(但是已经交上去了)， 能够工作吗？

3. Is there promium processing for EAD application and F1 to H4 transfering?
