hello, need someone's help please...
my wife is currently on h1b and she is planning to switch back to h4 sometime next year so that she can stay home take care of the two young kids. my question is:
1. will she be able to go to Mexico and apply so that she can get h4 visa stamped on her passport? is it risky?
2. will she be able to specify the switch date on Form-539 or it has to start from the visa interview date?
really appreciate your input on this...
