My I-485 (NIW) was transferred to NSC from Texas center one month ago for scehduling and conducting an interview. The senator said it was a mistake and he can require to transfer my I485 back to local office in my State (TN) for an interview.
My question is if it is good to transfer my 485 to my local office. My PD is not current yet.
