OPT after filling I-485 justlikeyou 文学城

Nurse received OPT EAD before filling for I-485 (concurrenly with I-140 and I-765). Have I lost my F1 and OPT status because of my 485 filling? Can I work on OPT now before getting the 485 based EAD?
