140已经批准,正在等485排期,现申请延期H4.怎样回答 I-539 Part4 Additional Infrmation -- Yes or No?

a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?

b.Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?

我认为如果已经递交了140，就应该填yes,免得遇到从严认定的officer

填 yes on part-4-3b also means trouble

你搞错了，H1B延期根本不用I-539，另外I-539的主要用途是B签证

在I-140批准后，可以选择在海外获得移民签证，或是在美国调整身份

只有140通过了才有资格获得H1B(和H4)第七年延期,
