Considering PERM DIY. I have a few questions and will really
appreciate your help here.
1. My employer won't pay for the application fee but has agreed to
sponsor (sign all the required forms). Is it alright that I DIY
instead of going through a lawyer? Should I state that I am the
preparer or simply skip that?
2. Is the following checklist complete? Anything else missing?
1). Notice of hiring/filling at work place or Job Advertisement
2). Prevailing Wage Request from State Workforce Agency
3). E-file application form
3. How do you request the Prevailing Wage Rate from SWA (State Workforce Agency)? I found the form online, but it needs information such as project date, funds etc which do not seem to apply. Any suggestions?
