My hu*****and's 485 is pending now , he just know will lose his job which is the greed card sporsor, (EB1,University sponsored) in only one month.he is holding H1 visa ,
ask you some questions,
1.if he apply EAD ,after he get it does he lose H1
2.Can he stay in USA for a while , without job and and Visa ,becaue EAD need 3 months to get it
