My 140 status was updated recently, show "we have received the required evidence ...". But I asked my attorney and they have never received any RFE and sent any RFE response.
The previous status is "the case is pending ...", not "we sent you RFE...".
Did they make some mistake or other reason? By the way, my 140 (EB2) has been pending in TSC for 10 months. Thanks
