去年11月底交的I-485，这星期收到了RFE，内容说：
It appears by the G-325 and Form I-20A/B you ted that you maybe violating your F-1 status and working in the United States without authorization.
Please proof of your continuous employment authorization/maintaining status in the U.S. from DATE1 to DATE2.
DATE1是她入境美国的时间，大约两个星期左右开始上学，中间没有任何变化（没有换系、学校、专业、老板）。去年还没有毕业，但是申请了OPT，从DATE2开始，2007年3月左右毕业答辩。中间回国一次国，没有出现问题。她学校提供全免税的奖学金，不要求工作(RA/TA)。因为我是H1, 我们一起按resident报税。我们提交了所有的I-20，I-94和OPT的EAD卡。
