Hi, guys
I need travel to Canada for couple days.I am H1b holder and do not have H1b visa and only have expired F1 visa. Now my 485 is pending for change of status. I am not sure whether I need apply advanced parole in order to return US after I finish my business in Canada. Someone told me no need, but someone told me I need.
