EB2 LC: 12/2006

我准备 FILE 1st I140 based on EB3 and then 2nd I140 based on EB2 (request carryover PD).

我的律师说第二个I140可能会出大问题, 因为我两个 LC 是同一公司, 而且同一 JOB TITLE.
