question about parttime H1B iamsamk2004-02-26 19:29:10

My boss apply the H1B for me (work as technology coordinator in college), and it's a part time position (24 hours a week). Can I work in another company as part time without re-apply the H1B (with the HIB my college applied for me)?

Also, must I work for a company, rather than indiviual? say some friend pay me some bucks to work at some website that kind of stuffs.
